Stroud Alarms became a group supplier with Gemini after we had a long drawn out service issue with a previous supplier.
We had been quoted to install a new alarm system in Worcester as the system would activate sporadically most evenings, after calling Stroud Alarms is was soon evident that rodents had damaged some cabling between sensors which was the cause of the issue.
We did not need a new system but some small cabling repairs and the system back up and running. This saved Gemini considerable expense.
Stroud have also managed our Police response applications on our behalf which has been a great support.
We now have a reliable alarm specialist that always happy to help us when we are growing our own business with new locations, any issues that are found are overcome and dealt with effectively.

After completing a thorough survey, the representative from Stroud Alarms discussed the best method for the security in our stables and the construction of a number of very solid gates. When the team started there was never any intrusion into our daily schedule, and each night, after they had finished, there was never any evidence that they had been working, apart from their fast and professional construction work, as they tidied up all the time. From concept through to build and then to completion, Stroud Alarms shouldered all the responsibility, leaving me to admire their work! A very relaxing experience which was totally stress free.
